Eligibility Criteria:

You may qualify for a VAWA Self-Petition if:

• You are a victim of domestic abuse or extreme cruelty by a:
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse (or former spouse).
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident parent (if you are a child under 21).
• U.S. citizen son or daughter (if you are a parent).
• You lived with the abuser at some point.
• You can demonstrate good moral character.
• You experienced physical, emotional, or psychological abuse.
• You can prove a valid relationship with the abuser.

The biggest question here arises that Men can apply for VAWA?
